DO NOT COME HERE! READ ALL THE REVIEWS THEY TELL YOU TO WRITE A REVIEW RIGHT BEFORE YOU LEAVE! I rarely write reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others don’t go through the same thing. My family and I recently purchased a 2018 Kia Forte with 37,000 miles from Gormley’s Auto. While Drew, our salesperson, was polite and helpful during the sale, the issues started almost immediately after driving the car off the lot. Within days, multiple problems appeared: several lights stopped working, the blinker was blown, the alignment was terrible, and even the taillight was collecting water. I brought the car back the very next day after purchase, and Gormley’s told me these issues would be fixed. When I picked it up, nothing had been done, everything was exactly the same. I then had to go directly to the mechanic who works with them, and even he shared troubling stories about this dealership. On top of that, the spare key they gave us wasn’t even for the car we purchased, it didn’t work and didn’t even have a battery. When I called to address this, the finance manager answered and, instead of offering any help, repeatedly told me, “We give you whatever keys come with the car.” This makes no sense when they presented it to us as a proper spare key. To make matters worse, that same finance manager even contacted the mechanic to tell him not to deal with me, simply because I wasn’t the person who signed the paperwork, even though I was directly involved in the purchase and care of the car. This has been, without question, the most unprofessional and disappointing dealership experience I’ve ever had. Between the broken promises, lack of basic service, and poor treatment of customers, I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Please save yourself the time, stress, and money, look elsewhere

Everytime I come to Gormleys, Gino is so nice and patient! He took 6 hours to help me because I was so indecisive and allowed me to make a decision for myself. As a girl, I always feel comfortable coming alone because I know I won’t be scammed here. I’ll definitely be back for the 3rd time when it’s time for a new car! I love it here!
