I recently decided that my 2002 BMW 330i, at 301,500 miles, had served me well and was ready to retire, so I started searching for a new (to me) vehicle. My requirements were pretty specific (used BMW, 4 doors, manual transmission), and I soon found that what I was searching for might be scarce. I live in the Hudson Valley of NY State, but I wound up expanding my search area until I found what I was looking for...2.5 hours away! A 2011 328i in seemingly perfect condition, with a six-speed transmission, at Paul Sevag Motors in West Chester, PA. My first contact with the company (after finding the listing here on Cars.com) was a phone conversation with Jeff, one of two sons of the company owner. As our conversation about the car progressed, I got a good feeling - Jeff was friendly, easy to talk to, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I decided to make the drive to see the car that weekend. Upon arriving at Paul Sevag Motors, I was impressed immediately by the facilities - the shop areas were immaculately clean and well-organized, and the showroom was full of really stunning cars, of many different makes and models (in fact, if I hadn't already had my heart set on the BMW, I might have been tempted by the Mini that was nearby!). The customer areas were welcoming and comfortable, and Jeff himself was just as helpful and informative in person as he had been on the phone. The car? Fantastic! So well presented, it looked brand new, in spite of the 65,500 miles the previous owners had racked up. It drove like a dream, and when I asked Jeff if I could take a look underneath, he obligingly placed it on one of the shop lifts and let me look over the car with a bright shop light. Any question I had was promptly and fully answered, and once I decided that this was the car for me, I found it very easy to seal the deal. Jeff prepared the paperwork, and everything was easy and straightforward. I picked up the car the following weekend, and met Paul Sevag himself, who helped finalize the sale. All the paperwork was in order, and I was able to drive away in my new vehicle within an hour! It was a seamless process, and I was very pleased with how well it all went. I love the car! When I went to the NYS DMV to register the car, I ran into some title shenanigans that pre-dated Paul Sevag Motors' ownership of the car - NY State is pretty picky about their paperwork! - and Paul was accommodating and quick to respond with the required solution. I only mention that wrinkle to make a point: that Paul did everything he could (provided his shipping account for a return of the title; expedited the procurement of a new title) in as fast a time frame as possible, so as to minimize my inconvenience and the time it would take to complete my car's NY registration. The car is now properly registered in NY, and all that required paperwork checked out with no problems! My only regret in dealing with Paul Sevag Motors, and with Paul himself, and his son Jeff, is that I will likely not purchase another car for...well, I had my last one for 14 years, so...it will be a while. That means I won't be checking out their great inventory, or working with them, for a few years at least. BUT: I can recommend them to all of the readers/users of Cars.com, so that my fellow car buyers can consider looking at their selection of vehicles, and know that this is a great dealership, with personable and knowledgeable owners, who are dedicated to helping a car buyer choose and purchase a great vehicle!

I found the vehicle I was looking for on Cars.com and contacted the dealer and received a response the same day. We set up a time to come look at the low mileage one owner car. After the test drive and talking with Jeff I knew it was the car for me! I purchased a vehicle, sight unseen, based on the description & many photos on their website. I cannot say well enough how easy, smooth and professional they made the entire transaction. The back & forth paperwork was completed by Fedex in less than 72 hours. Cross-country shipping was arraigned and my vehicle was delivered to my driveway in Southern California 5? days later. After my friend saw the SUV in person I called and inquired and ended up buying the vehicle by phone. Unusual but under my current situation it was a huge help to me.
