It has been over a year since I bought my Mercedes E350 from Sevag. I'm still telling people about the care they pay to their cars and the great experience I had purchasing. Talk about attention to detail, they are king at this. No pressure, highly knowledgeable, patient, personable, I could go on... I recommend them every time I talk about my car. Truly defies the "used car" buying experience stereotype. They are a hidden gem. Will be a return customer.

Just completed a purchase from Paul Sevag. Jeff was clear, patient, professional and courtesy throughout. The whole family was great to work with. My wife and I will defintely recommend these guys. Even better, we bought a car from a dealership so close to home.

This was a great experience because the sales associates were very friendly, respectful and down to earth. They had a lot of luxurious, clean used cars with nice exterior and interior features. I appreciated that they were able to meet my needs regarding price. I shopped around and found that this dealership was able to offer me the best "bang for my buck". Before I drove off the lot the sales associate went over the vehicle's features and how to use them in great detail and I appreciated that. These guys were great, right from the moment I walked in. Made me feel at home, had a few laughs, walked out with the cleanest car I'd seen anywhere. That's no exaggeration, after 2 months and many visits to see other vehicles (same make and model), this 2013 BMW X1 was by far the sweetest! Even the founder, Mr. Paul Sevag himself, filled the gas tank at Wawa, then followed me home to deliver the car. Super friendly people, who really seem to care about what they do. I walked into this place 3 years ago and came away very impressed. Now, when I saw a car in my price range on the internet, I went back. Paul, Jeff and Phil were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The detailing work on all the cars was first class. Mechanical condition superb. The selection was mesmerizing - I could have bought half the cars there, but of course for the money. But not everything was high end. I wound up buying an older BMW sedan at a very reasonable price and getting a fair trade on my car, and getting a tutorial from Phil on the new electronics - navigation, radio, service, etc. in the mix. This is a superb dealership run by honest and capable people, and I would not hesitate to buy again!

Savag Motors was a blessing in disguise. I had been looking for a Convertible 650 BMW for over a year. countless cars on countless websites. In October 2015 the perfect car showed up at Savag Motors and from our initial interaction, they were willing to work with me to make my dream car a reality. My wife and I drove 8 hrs to come buy a car sight unseen in person. All of our misgivings were quickly erased when we arrived at the dealership and the type of customer service we received was unparalleled. They were able to make my wife feel very comfortable and she allowed the sale to go through which I didn't mention to the family. She even told them we would look at their website 1st before we looked in our hometown of Cincinnati. Awesome experience all the way around and would do it again without a second thought.

I do not typically write reviews like this. I was blown away with the service and courtesy of everyone at the dealership. I had been looking for an older Audi TT on and off for over a year. Last month the ideal car was advertised by Paul Sevag Motors. I live in upstate NY and about 300 miles from the dealership. I had a few qualms about an online purchase of a vehicle I had only been able to review and look at on-line. My concerns were allayed by Jeff who was very helpful through the whole process. I arrived at their dealership to find a car that was in even better condition than I expected. I've now had the vehicle nearly a month and still pinch myself that I now own such a great 13 year old TT.

It's easy to write a positive review just after buying a car when the excitement is fresh and one hasn't owned the car for long enough to know if it really is as represented. I am writing this review a year after purchasing a car from The Sevag family and I can tell you that I am as thrilled and pleased with the car today as on the day I purchased it. The Sevags are clearly true car lovers and my impression is that they purchase and condition the cars they sell as if they were for their own consumption. They clearly seek out the best cars and take pride in making them the best they can be. If you are looking for the lowest price in town then maybe Sevag Motors is not for you. If you are looking for the finest and most honest cars at very fair prices and looking to buy from a reputable family owned business, from people who will make the experience easy, stress free and with no pressure, then you would be foolish not to check Sevag Motors out.

I can't say enough about the friendliness and professionalism I experienced when I traveled to Paul Sevag Motors. It was well worth the 2 + hours it took to get there. I never once felt pressured to buy. Everything was thoroughly explained before we signed the sales agreement. It's obvious the team has a strong famiky work ethic and moral underpinning. I would recommend using this dealer to all my friends and family.
