I have purchased a 1987 Defender 110 from Paul of Paul Sevag Motors and the experience from the very first time I inquired about the vehicle to delivery has been nothing short of exceptional.We heard all the horror stories about buying imports. But the moment Paul showed the paper works, I was sold. EPA, DOT declarations and CBP documents all in place. Oh did mention that the whole transaction was completed over the phone? Paul made sure I was informed via email, text messages and phone calls. I requested for additional images and video clips showing the vehicle in running condition, they were in my mail inbox the next day. Paul even emailed the images as the vehicle was being loaded in the truck. Now that?s exceeding customer expectation. Still looking forward to meet the man in person so I can shake his hand personally thank him for making the purchase process pain free. This family run business believes in true customer service- they make purchasing a vehicle an easy, actually enjoyable experience. They want their customers to be satisfied. He even steered me away from a less-than-perfect choice. The car I finally chose was the perfect car for me. It was impeccable in every manner. I loved it the moment I got behind the wheel. As a particular car buyer, I drove over 140 miles to look at a vehicle at Paul Sevag Motors. I didn't know what to expect as my experience with small independent dealerships has been varied. Phil greeted me at the door, brought me over to see the car while giving me a tour of the whole business. Jeff soon after showed up and helped navigate me around town for a test drive. The car was in fantastic condition for its age. It was clear from first sight that Paul Sevag and his sons take exceptional care of the cars they buy and sell, even the one I purchased which was tens of thousands cheaper than most of the other cars in the bay. They gave my trade-in the same treatment, asking everything I knew about the car; their evaluation and assessment was far more thorough than any other place I've been to. They were very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Jeff was upfront about what he had to give on his car and how he arrived at the value of my trade-in and we very quickly reached an agreeable price for both. In a very short period of time I was back on the road in my new car and completely satisfied. The experience of doing business with Paul Sevag Motors was very unique, in a positive way. It was far more intimate and personable than what you find at "big box" dealerships. Here, you get a sense of honesty and friendliness that is uncommon in this business. Although I love cars, the process of buying them can really be problematic. This was not the case with this dealership, who exerted no pressure whatsoever and made us what we believe was a fair deal. The whole experience was a pleasure and, given that I typically buy late model used cars, I would deal with them in the future without any hesitation.

Paul Sevag Motors is, quite simply, a cut above the rest. After looking at several used cars at nearby franchise dealerships, I was left with a sour taste in my mouth. I found Paul Sevag Motors by a stroke of last-minute luck, but it seemed "meant to be" from the minute I first saw the Hyundai Genesis 4.6 they were selling online. I am very particular about maintaining vehicles, so when I set foot into the "showroom" area of the dealership, I instantly felt like I was among family. All of the vehicles inside were clearly meticulously maintained; the pride this place puts into their product and service was plain to see. The whole experience was almost too good to be true, from the car itself to the buying and discussion processes. Phillip was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and easy to get along with. I felt no pressure, and after almost a month of driving the car, I can safely say I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from these guys. Car buying is supposed to be a stressful, frustrating process, right? Wrong. Paul Sevag Motors clearly didn't get that memo. I plan on recommending them to people whenever I get a chance.
