I had an auto accident due to the weather and my car was totalled. I really liked that Q45 Infiniti, but because it was totalled I needed to find another vehicle. I started my search for a 2009 Infiniti FX 35 with specific major options included. I didn't think I would find the car of my dreams, because it was a dream. But I was praying that the car I wanted did exsist and was out there waiting for me to find it. Late one Friday night it happened, the car of my dream was featured on Cars.com. with all the major options I wanted and reasonablity priced located at Paul Sevag Motor Inc. not only did I find the car of my dream but the dealership of my dream as well. I was searching for a late model Cadillac CTS with the rare 6- speed manual transmission, and drove over 100 miles to see the one at Sevag Motors, after a long phone conversation with Jeff Sevag at the dealership. I found the 2010 CTS exactly as described, in beautiful, like-new condition with only about 24,000 miles on it. It was in immaculate condition. Jeff seemed very familiar with the car, answered all my questions fully, and left us with ample time to inspect the car. After a local test drive, we were provided with full information about the car and it's history. We bought the car on that first visit, and they made the process as easy as possible. My overall impression is that this is a dealer selling select, previously owned cars, and who is determined to provide customers with first-rate service in the buying process. Friends have commented on the exceptional appearance of the car, and we are very pleased with the car and the treatment we had at Sevag Motors.

After learning we were expecting our 3rd baby, my husband and I were on the hunt for a new vehicle to accommodate our growing family. After narrowing down our choices we had decided on the Honda Pilot. At first we flip flopped back & fourth on getting used or new and after searching for used Pilots in our hometown area of Boston we quickly learned that they have great resale value & we wouldn't be saving much by getting used. So we visited a few dealers for a brand new Pilot. My husband was getting really stressed about a huge car payment so back to the internet I went searching and searching for a reasonably priced newer Pilot. Thats when I came across Paul Sevag Motors in Pennsylvania. They had a 2011 Honda Pilot LX at a reasonable price. The car looked brand new and they had a ton of photos that showed the car at every possible angle inside and out! I quickly showed my husband and although we were a bit nervous about purchasing a car out of state he called the next morning and spoke to Jeff and the rest is history!! We traded in our old vehicle for a good price and financed the rest threw them! We got an excellent rate and the whole process was a breeze! My husband drove down the following weekend to pick up our new car! I was so impressed with the condition of the car and it drives fantastic! I will never buy a new car after this experience with Paul Sevag Motors! The whole team is very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer especially if you are from out of state don't hesitate to contact them or you could miss out on great deal!

An excellent car buying experience and I speak from over 50 years of buying cars! Philip was great with explaining all facets of how the 2013 Audi A5 Cabriolet worked. From the top down process to all the electronics to including syncing my wife's phone to her new car. The car was immaculate in cleanliness and appearance. The unique feature of this dealership is that all their cars are under roof and that was a blessing on the cold windy day of purchase. Philip thoroughly explained every piece of paper that had to be signed to our complete satisfaction! We had very few questions due to his thoroughness. Upon our return to the Mechanicsburg area we told our neighbors and friends about the excellent treatment and car buying experience from Philip and his family! After viewing the car all paperwork was done in a prompt manner. The dealer went over maintenance warrenty options. Carfax included. Was impressed by the honest and no pressure approach of the sales associate. If I need a car in the future I will review this dealer's inventory first before looking elsewhere.

we found a car on cars.com that we liked, it was at paul sevag motors, several hours away, the dealership was very nice, the staff (mostly family) was very helpful and patient as well as the mechanics in the shop. after test driving the car we originally went to see, which was very nice, we saw another car that we liked better, after driving the car, paul's son, who was helping us, answered all our questions, the buying process went very smooth, paul was very helpful with all the paper work. everyone was very curtious and respectful, this is the first car we buy from paul sevag!

Oh my gosh; I've always hated car shopping--it's time consuming, expensive and you never know the type of people you will be dealing with. This was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Such professionalism, spotless showroom, all cars are kept indoors and meticulously clean; friendly, professional staff and I bought my vehicle for a fair price.
