The family owned and operated business is clean, their cars are top notch, service outstanding and everyone was super friendly and accommodating to us as we we had our 3-year old in tow. I'm so happy with our experience at Sevag that I'll definitely return for our next purchase.

This was not like buying from a traditional high pressure dealer. These guys run a very clean, ethical, dealership. I got a great car and a great deal. I will buy from them again!

Saw a car i liked on their site. Checked out the reviews and new i had to stop by. This was my first car purchase and Jeff made it comfortable and smooth. No pressure, clean facilities, and nice accommodating people. Got their about an hour before their posted closing time, test drove and the bought the car i liked. They were more than willing to stick around an extra hour and help me finish the deal. Showed up knowing i wouldn't need to mess with haggling because their price was great and car was immaculate. Can't say enough good things. Wasn't looking forward to the process but it went great. Would recommend to anyone.

I was looking for a used Eldorado and happened upon a listing for a gray '99 at Paul Sevag Motors, Inc. The car looked fantastic in the photos but I was a bit wary, having seen ads for other cars that looked good in the pictures but turned out not to be quite as nice in person. This dealership was just over 100 miles from my home and I was reluctant to travel that far, having been burned before by cars not living up to their photos and descriptions. Luckily however, I have a very close friend who lives less then 15 minutes away and he agreed to stop by and take a look for me. The staff welcomed his visit as if he was the one looking to purchase the vehicle. They showed him the car as well as their facility and left him quite impressed. He immediately sent me a text message saying that the car was beautiful and actually looked better in person then in it's pictures. He told me of his positive impression of the dealership and all whom he met there. The following weekend I drove the 100 miles to look at the car for myself and was not at all disappointed. Just as my friend had said, it looked better in person! The salesman who helped me was Jeffrey Sevag and he couldn't have been nicer. He answered each and every question I had and treated me like an old friend. We took a test drive that covered various road surfaces and types. I was impressed. When we returned to the dealership Jeffrey noticed the wire wheels on my '93 Eldorado (the car I had driven down in). He told me he had a wheel cleaning product that would make them sparkle. He then disappeared inside their shop, returned with said product in hand and proceeded to clean all four of my wire wheels for me! He did this without asking for anything in return, no charge, on the house! After showing me around the dealership (lots of very nice inventory by the way), introducing me to his dad (Paul Sevag) and brother (Philip)we sat down to discuss the details of the purchase and made a deal. Since I had driven down in my existing car, we agreed that I would return the following weekend by train and pick up the car then. Jeffrey even offered to have someone pick me up at the train station and drive me to the dealership (I declined since my friend had offered to do the same.) When I arrived to pick up the car, they had it detailed and ready to go with a full tank of gas! All in all, the experience of buying this car couldn't have been much better. The Sevag family, their employees and staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I've already recommended them to friends and family and would do so again without reservation. In fact, the next time I'm looking for a car Paul Sevag Motors, Inc. will be the first place I look.

Everyone at Paul Savag Motors Inc are pros. Every other dealer should spend a day with these guys to see what real customer service looks like. Their cars are exceptional, their facility is spotless and they make the process of buying a used car simple, straight forward and honest. I look forward to buying another car from them some day.

We had an excellent experience with Savag Motors. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. They allowed us to take our time. They didn't pressure us to buy. After making such a big purchase, normally I would have a little buyer's remorse, but after working with Paul Sevag & his staff, I felt confident that I had made the right choice.

We decided to take a ride up to Paul Sevag Motors one Sunday to look at a BMWX3 that was advertised. They were closed but the owner's son happened to be there and was more than accommodating. He let us in to take a look at the cars real quick, even though they were closed, and that's when we saw the BMW 330 that we eventually purchased. As my husband was driving the car home, however, he noticed the oil light kept coming on. He called the dealership when he got home and they made arrangements for one of their employees to drive down to take the car back to the dealership, make any needed repairs/adjustments, and drive the car back to our home, which they did within the week. My daughter will be looking for a car within the next year or so, and I will definitely check out their inventory when that time comes. They were great to work with!

Bought a used SUV from these guys. The whole process was smooth. I worked with Jeff and Phil and was treated very well. They were super friendly and were able to answer all my questions. There is no pressure to buy when coming in either. No pushy or sleazy salesmen here. They have a great selection of quality cars at great prices.
