Honestly, this was the easiest and best buying experience we've ever had. No pressure to buy, beautiful selection of cars (they have some high standards for the cars they're reselling which makes it easy). We went in unsure, no pressure to buy, walked out later that day with a car. It's a nice family run show where every person there is so nice and you feel like they're treating you like they would a friend or family member during the whole process. Again, no pressure at all and easy to work with which you know is hard to find in the used car arena. I'm happy to say we'll be back in the future if we need another car. To find a 1 or 2 year old luxury car at a reasonable price from reasonable people is such an easy decision to make. Thank you Paul Sevag Motors!

I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and this process was the most enjoyable. The staff answered all questions and the vehicle was spotless (great job staff). They recommended someone to service the vehicle near my home to make it more convenient. There was no pressure and I felt I got a fair deal. A great place to purchase a beautiful well cared for used vehicle. These people are AAAAAAA+ My only problem with the process was the constant ringing of a cell phone while filling out papers for the purchase, but I guess this cannot be avoided.

We also had financing when we got there, but Jeff and Phillip were able to beat our interest rate by several points so we financed through them as well. I recently traded in my Honda Civic for a Nissan Rogue. Phil and Jeff were exceptional!!! Phil took his time with me and there was no pressure. He made sure I understood everything and was very helpful! I got the vehicle Dec 26th and as a Christmas present my mother got me rubber car mats for the civic. I mentioned that I would have to trade them in for Nissan mats. Jeff must have over heard me....when I got into the Nissan there were brand new rubber mats especially made for the Rogue! I can't say enough good things about PSM, they are a group of great guys!!
