The Holidays are never a great time to learn that your car costs more to repair than it is worth. Faced with the need for a high quality car I began my search. I located the car I wanted, the color I wanted, and the price I wanted at Paul Sevag. The on line chat via cars.com allowed me to instantly talk to Jeff arranging for a 2 hour drive to the dealer in the AM. The drive and the expereince was WORTH it. I am a customer for life. Their down to earth approach and no push manner was a welcome change from the BMW dealer I had visit the day before. All of their pre owned cars are garage kept and priced for ownership. I grew up a car dealers daughter and understand the nuances of the business. It felt like home. Thank you!

Just bought an H2 truck from these guys, they are really nice easy to deal with and fair.. I asked them to put a little gas in the hummer because it was empty when I test drove it and I was in a hurry when I was picking it up.. The put $75 in the tank.. Deff above and beyond service.. Thanks!

After looking around for a pre owned, we started seeing this dealership on cars.com. Every car we found in the price range we wanted to stay around was here. Cars seemed very clean looking at pictures. We decided to go and check them out. Same as pictures, perfect. Indoor showroom, very nice people to deal with. Answered all questions, took time for us, checked every detail for us, even upcoming service intervals. They had us in and out,even on a pretty busy day. They kept us posted on status as we waited. PSM has excellent customer service. No pushy salesmen, just very helpful, good guys that sell cars. I bought 2 cars and traded one in, both times they made the process SOOO easy. If they don't have what you want, they will find it for you! Give them a chance.
