Beware-Mechanic found tie rods going out

Test drove Impala at CU Auto Sales November 2022. Salesman stated they had their own mechanics and 3rd party that performed a thorough check of all vehicles prior to selling them. When test drove, Impala had a slight shake when driving over 60. CU insisted it was just a low tire issue or was out of balance. Stated they would have the mechanics check and we would return following day to test drive again. We returned second day and although it was better, was still having issues. Took to my mechanic and he literally spent 5 minutes on the car and stated the tie rods were going out. He articulated the front right tire was so loose and it was actually very dangerous to be driving until repaired. We returned to dealership and when we advised salesman the reason for shaking over 60 mph, he stated.. well we have several others vehicles on the lot you might be interested in. UNBELIEVABLE. CU Auto Sales needs to be shutdown permanently.

GREAT PLACE TO BUY A CAR

Have purchased several cars from CU and it has always been a pleasure. No pressure salesman, fix items on used cars, used cars have warranties and are in excellent condition, prices are amazing are way under book and they are just nice people. Will keep returning to CU because I have never experienced anything but good customer service. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

Completely disappointing

After a few text and voice conversations with sales person John B. who told me that the 2019 Grand Caravan GT was like new and therefore in the upper price range for a car like that I drove there today to purchase the car. Regarding dings and scratches it was worse than our 2016 and I found paint runs on the trunk lid and one door. Then I learned that there was a minor paint job which was listed on their inspection sheet and they even had photos of that, no one told me that before. Minor is probably in regards of quality. I refused to buy the car for that reason. Even the sales person told me he was sorry I never got the feeling that this was for real. So I wasted a day off, 20 gallons of fuel and a few dollars for washing my trade in and a bank check fee. Stay away from that car and this sales person. I have to admit that the location was very clean and all employees were wearing masks. But that does not help buying a car when they don't tell you the truth.

Extremely Positive Buying Experience

Buying a car through this company was quick and easy. They had the perfect car for us and we recognized it without any pushy salesmen or pressure. We worked with John Baca who was very professional and courteous at all times. He expertly guided us through every step and we could not be more pleased! Now that I know about CU Auto Sales, I will check with them FIRST the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

CU Auto sales is awesome!!

From Frank Salazar the sales guy the Ben in finance these guys were the best! I flew in from Austin and everything was in order . I showed up and signed then drove right out. The car was detailed, gassed up and ready to roll! High recommendation!

NO response from them!

We sent an email requesting more info on a car and told them we were very interested in it. Then we sent another. There's been NO RESPONSE at all from them! NOT a good way to conduct business!

Great Dealership!

This was such a great buying experience! It is so much different than every other dealer in town. Nobody made me feel pressured to buy a car and they wanted to put me in the perfect car. They have great prices (cheapest in town!) and a large selection. I got a great rate from my credit union and they highly recommended I go here, now I know why!

I never went to the dealer because i am upside down on my toyata yaris if i could trade it in for a new or used car i am paying 500.00 a month for it an my insurance on top 120.00 this rediculais i was told nobody will help me
