horrible

Don't know where to start maybe I should start where the finance officer ghost wrote the contract then had me sign it stating it was something else when I caught on he tried to lie buyer beware is all I can say I only gave it one star cause that's the least I could give

Great place!

As always we were so impressed with our service. Everyone there is so helpful and knowledgable. Luke and Jack helped us with looking at a newer vehicle and our options will the service manage took car of my car quickly and with ease. Great place to go for service and a new vehicle.

Didn't fix my truck

They had my truck for three dates and could not fix in the issue.

Service advisor of the year

Brian Deutsch was by far the most amazing service advisor I have ever dealt with. He made everything be flawless and answered any question I've had. Chevrolet should make him service manager or trainer as he is the prime example of a great worker. He impressed me so much, I really feel he should be praised by service manager.

Best Service ever received

We are fortunate to have such a great dealership in our area who truly is customer oriented. My husband was constantly having issues with his 2006 Chevy HHR, and finally got fed up with poor service elsewhere and made the best decision of all to head to D'Arcy Buick where I bought my used 2007 Buick Lucerne last year in May. I had been taking my 1999 Buick Regal there for awhile before that. Now his car works like it was designed to, thanks to excellent technicians. No more red light saying the gas cap is an issue...it was much more than that!!
