2016 Range Rover Autobiography

I had a wonderful experience as always, I 've been a customer for over eight years. All the staff is so warm and friendly. After the purchase of my 2016 Range Rover, My advisor, Kevin Painter was so patience and knowledge of the vehicle , he explained all the feature very well.

Fantastic! Kevin was the most knowledgable Rover dealer

Range Rover Evoque Lease

I was still happy with my previous car but figured if I could drive out with a Range Rover for about the same monthly payment would be a dream. Then our expert Land Rover salesman, Matt B., patiently showed us a variety of vehicles that were within our price range. He was nice and calm and we felt no pressure at all to make a decision. In the end, both sides ended up being happy with the outcome. I am looking forward to returning to Land Rover of Palm Beach when my lease is up, hoping to meet with as good of a salesman as Matt B.

Service is friendly & competent, with "can do" attitude!

Mike Snyder, the Service Manager has helped me on several occasions with service on my "Florida Vehicle" - a Land Rover Freelander - which has been virtually "problem free" except for having to replace the power sunroof rails, which were warped by the heat and humidity, and covered by the Land Rover factory warranty. Everyone at Land Rover of Palm Beach is always friendly, approachable, and seems genuinely concerned about customers' satisfaction! I highly recommend them in the strongest of terms!

A Huge Thank You to Ishmail Merritt!

Our sales consultant Ishmail Merritt at Land Rover Palm Beach was fantastic. We of course love our new Range Rover like we thought we would, however what really sets the experience apart was the buying process. Ishmail guided us through the purchase with the utmost respect and experience you could hope for. We actually took three months to decide on what we wanted since our new baby wasn't due until August. During our time of indecision Ishmail explained the pros and cons of all the models they offered and how it would work for our soon to be family of five. He was patient, sincere and treated us like family. Any questions or concerns we had were dealt with promptly by Ishmail and his team. This is our second Land Rover purchase and definitely will not be our last. A huge thank you to the entire team at Land Rover of Palm Beach.

Terrible Experience

After having this dealership sell the car I had put a deposit on the previous year to another customer and charging me more for an available vehicle with less options (likely one promised to another customer), I brought the truck back to the same dealer to get the option I originally ordered, as I needed the tow package (I was assured at the time I could get it whenever I want). I truly thought they would make an effort to keep me as a customer and treat me better. They charged over $2100 for a $600 factory tow bar, saying there was nothing they could do...'300% mark-up that's the service department.' {shrug}. I dislike writing negative reviews, and I think everyone just has a bad experience from time to time, but I would recommend that people looking for either service or a new vehicle look elsewhere. This dealership really just does not care. I would get another Range Rover...they are great cars, but I would not give the Palm Beach dealership any more of my time or money. It's been a truly disheartening experience, both in purchase and service, and people deserve to be treated better, especially with higher-end purchases such as this.
