Their primary focus is getting you the right car at the right price and then they follow up by providing "raving fan" service! It starts with Juan Marquez who is not only a highly skilled consultant but always has your best interest at heart. Roy Osofsky manages the process and does an exceptional job getting the numbers to work! Terry Jahrsdoefer is hands down the best finance manager in the industry and will make the paperwork a breeze! The process wraps up with the service department and there is no one better to deal with than Conor Alexander. His "Ninja" like quickness will ensure your vehicle gets immediate attention!

I recently purchased an LR4 from this dealership. Juan Marquez was our sales rep. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase, most importantly, he was very patient throughout the entire process. Once we picked up our vehicle, he sat with us well past closing hours to answer any additional questions we had at that time. He also followed up with me by phone a few days later to see if I had any questions. Being in sales myself, that is the customer service that I look for and expect. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Juan Marquez!

Kevin Painter took all the time and patience in the world to answer all the millions of questions my curious little daughter had about the car! He even taught her how to give voice commands to the car! No one has ever done this, I am impressed. Great job!!!!

I just bought my third Range Rover from Kevin Painter at Land Rover Palm Beach and I'm very happy with the experience I had and with my new car. Kevin is a real professional and he makes a big decision very easy. It helps that the Land Rover brand just keeps getting better and better and the Palm Beach dealership is second to none. Ordering an expensive vehicle sight unseen is kind of a leap of faith but Kevin made it a no-hassle, easy to complete transaction. The service experience I have had at the dealership has been very good and the rest of the staff is very competent and professional. I live 400 miles away and there are two Land Rover dealers closer to my home but I will return to Land Rover Palm Beach for the outstanding service and sales force they employ.
