THE WORLD'S WORST DEALERSHIP

I vave never seen or experienced anything like that. Cars are in a horrible conditions and GM didn't even have courtesy to get of his chair and to offer any help. He could care less about customer or customer service. To be honest I don't even know how come this dealership is still open. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!

Keep lower priced cars listed after sold for bait

Found out after arriving to the lot from quite a distance that all the well-priced cars listed online were long-since sold. Of course, the cars online were the bargain priced vehicles, and no one there seemed to know why they were still listed...hmmm...something seems more than a little shady to me. But all the higher priced vehicles are still available if you still want to take a look...

Car Shopping

The company never responded to my email .Therefore I could not buy the car I was interested in.

Car broke down 2 days after Purchase

Purchased a car from here, the check engine light came on a couple days after purchase. Took it to our mechanic and the basically said the car was a lemon as the computer module needed to be replaced. Tried calling the dealership to speak to a manager, either the manager was always in a meeting, or they would keep me on hold until I eventually hung up. The carfax report looked great and the car had low miles. Starting to wonder if it was a false carfax report. Luckily the car is a 2008 and within the mileage to be covered by the factory warranty and we don't have to pay for the repairs. However, the inconvenience of it all is just annoying. Please keep driving if you see this lot, not worth it. NOT WORTH IT!!!!

owner is shady

the owner is shady dont buy from these people ....they say onething and do another they told me to bring car back if i have any issues,i did on my third day,now they say i cant help u.

owner is shady

well first of all never go to any car lot with out taking it to a trusted mechanic.That was my mistake ill accept that.2. will is a great salrman,very customer service related i have nothing against him.3. so i bought a car,a few days after noticed the horn dosnt work,the right front wheel making noise.Took to my mechanic he said that car has all sorts of problems everything from bad tie rod,bad strut,it threw 10 airbag codes,the airbag light wasnt even there maybe it blew out from being on to long it started idiling at 1000-2000 for no reason,when i would drive it,then stop it would idle at 4000 rpms.so i bring it back and the owner and will talk about it, the owner is right there in the office,wont even look me in the face.I would have felt more respect if he would have told me himself sorry maam i cant do anything for you cause u bought as-is.And so im complainning about the owner who in my book is shady! And the thing is i brought customers for him even befor i bought mine.I hope he cant ever sleep at night for his shadyiness

I bought a car a month ago and

I bought my car a month ago and when we had the first rain the next day I looked at my car in the grey wasn't as good looking as it was when I got the car the day before. then I noticed that the right drivers side paint was dripping for when they had painted it the more I looked at my car the more it showed that the right driver side was wrecked after I was told it had never been wrecked before. Then three weeks later my windows have both broke will not go back up at all..i loved my car until now o and the motor service light came on too. I spent a 1000 dollars more than I had now I have nothing no more money to fix my windows so im driving around in my new car with trash bags for windows how nice of them...Be CARFUL WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM THEM. !!!!!!!!!!!

don't assume anything...

Don't assume they check or inspect their cars before selling.... Dealerships are supposed to sell cars in excellent condition, but some dealerships will sell junk to anyone not knowledgable enough to no better. This is one of those dealerships. Maybe it's because my budget was low, the cars I looked at happened to be crappy, but those cars shouldn't have been on the lot at all. Car #1 was filthy inside, had compartments falling off, and when I looked under the hood, it seemed some one had replaced half the components, there were so many noises when I test drove it clinking and clanking I couldn't keep track of all the sounds. Car #2 filthy inside and under the driver seat was so much corrosion and in the spare tire well, too, even all the tire change tools were corroded. I said to the salesman, seems like you got a car here that was flooded. He said "that very well may be". Car number #3 Power sunroof didn't work, CD player didn't work. Salesman said "oh, no, we don't bother fix those kind of things" Do I need to go on? Needless to say, after that, anytime a car from that place came up on my listings, I ignored it.

i buy my car in this place , im so happy with my car , they have very good cars , good prices , good miles , my sales person was a nice guy, ray , all my friends my their cars in this place and they happy too, thanks guys !!
