Terrible, terrible place. Buyer Beware!

These people are sketchy. Buyer beware. They admitted that they paint all of their cars when they get them. Do not be a victim. These people are taking advantage of people. Do not waste your time.

Not Happy

I just recently purchased a car from this dealer and they bare faced lied. I was promised that they hand pick all their vehicles that have never been wrecked and that their vehicles go through a thorough inspection. My car I purchased from them was wrecked at one point, the battery was bad, the tail pipe was touching the bumper, brakes needed to be cleaned and adjusted, and possibly has a bad valve cover gasket. I have already dumped $300 in repairs on this vehicle. The buying process was smooth, that much I will give them. But their products are least to be desired. I would be very leary of this dealership.

happy!

I'm glad I did not read the reviews first, it might have scared me away from even looking. but I had an easy time here. when I first went, I thought it looked a bit sketchy. but they have a lot of good cars at great prices. I test drove 2 cars- was handed the keys to go alone. the salesman, Dan, was very helpful. I went back a few days later, drove 2 more cars...and found the one I wanted! Dan was very nice and worked with me to get a more affordable deal. They seem to be very flexible & helpful. I would tell friends to check this place out, it is worth it. I left a check to hold it and will go back in a few days to pick up my new-to-me car. If any problems arise I will change my review....but as of now, I am happy with the service, price, & car!!

georgia clean air force

I purchased a Honda accord from marietta auto mall and 2 days later my check engine light came on. I called my sales rep Ray and he told me to bring it in and he will take care of it. When I get there the check engine light went off but could still be viewed in the history. The owner Tibu told me that's not a big deal young kids will do a straight pipes on there tail pipe for more horse power and bring the car back if it came back on. The light came back on the next day and when I brought it back they said they couldn't fix it that day and to bring it back in 3 days. So after I got dropped off they took the car and said it would take half of the day. 5 days later after nobody would return my call they called me it was ready. When I received the car I didn't receive any paperwork, they ran out a full tank of gas, they disconnected my battery because I had to put the radio code back in, and looked very sceptical. Before I even get back home the light comes on. Now I am back here at the dealer waiting a very long time. Then they tell me its my problem and they got the car to pass omissions.

Shocking ot say the least

Auto was listed as "excellent" condition. Knowing that I was driving 200 miles to view it, the internet sales agent should have prepared me for thier definition of excellent....ripped leather, missing spare tire and jack, and neither the electric windows OR sun roof worked. This is not my definition of excellent. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

It's My Time Now

My daughter purchased a 2005 Honda Accord from Marietta Auto Mall in 2008. She took it to the local Honda dealer to get a thorough inspection prior to purchase. She was thrilled with the automobile and the price. Of course, I can't (and won't) rate the service FOR HER, but based on what I SAW when I went with her to purchase the automobile, and based on the automobile and it's performance four years later, I say she got a great deal. Her Accord is running EXTREMELY WELL, without any hidden mechanical problems popping up later. SO, as a result of THAT, I am going to make a visit very, very soon in hopes of finding a vehicle for myself. I'll report back with my experience.

Criminal Behaviour

I received a false motor vehicle receipt in the mail from them with my address and someone else name. When I called them about they wanted me to mail it back to them. I wanted more information and they were very rude and hung up on me. I am afraid I am a victim of ID theft.

Don't Waste Your Time !

This place is terrible! Lazy salespeople can't even get out of their chairs. I called ahead about a vehicle I wanted and when I got there, they didn't even have the right key for it. He said he would call me when they found it. So I looked at another vehicle. Shoddy paint-over, cigarette burns, filthy inside! The entire vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke! When told about this he said they can fix it. Why offer cars that arent ready to be sold?? I drove 100 miles and was VERY disappointed!

Get an independent inspection before buying

This "showroom" looks like an abandoned parking lot. We had to go looking for a sales person to learn about the car we identified; a shiny new looking 2010 Corolla. They allowed us to test drive but did not have any answers to our questions, other than the sticker with a standard laundry list of features. They showed us a clean Carfax report with a "buyback guaranty". They referred a mechanic for inspection but we took it to our own mechanic. The mechanic demonstrated that the car had been painted almost on all panels and had extensive repairs on the back fender. The Carfax report is worthless? I believe these people would have definitely known that the car was damaged and repaired but they presented it to us as if it was "practically new". I had a time crunch so had to buy the car knowing that I was paying too much for a car with this history.
