My service manager was helpful and polite. Tim kept me up to date on the status of my car. He is the perfect example of outstanding customer service. In addition, when I picked up my car, Tim had just left for the day so another person with the first or last name of Russell (red hair) was extremely helpful in retrieving my car. Service with a smile.

Mike Lea was very professional and responsive during the entire purchase process. Made the process easy and painless not common in the auto sales arena. Since Mike was new to the BMW family, he enlisted Mauricio to walk me through the vehicle's configuration\electronics. Mauricio was also very knowledgeable and professional during all my interactions with him as well. Clayton was the finance guy working with me and he too was way above the norm you find in auto dealerships. Great individual looking out for the best financial options for me. Top notch as well. This is my third BMW with Checkered Flag and mostly won't be the last. Hat's off to everyone there!
