As it should be
I was taken care of by another service rep. when I arrived since my assigned rep was busy somewhere on the premises. I did not have to wait around because I was a few mins. early for the scheduled appointment.

All services done as expected. My service coordinator (Dan) was very professional. He presented a unanticipated condition that was discovered and explained the correction and the fact that it was fully covered and I only had to pay a deductible.

Great service department

Checkered Flag BMW
Brought 2007 335i in for warranty work. CF BMW worked with the Car Max warranty company and got approval before starting work. They also found other issues with my car that were covered and could be repaired at the same time. They do outstanding work and detailed my car nicely before I picked it up. My loaner was a gorgeous 2016 328i. My service adviser John Lovett was professional, personable and very effective. I am very happy with the results and will be a loyal CF BMW customer from now on.
