Great service.

Checked in easily and with professionalism, kept up to date all the way through the wait. Car was washed without asking, which was a welcome surprise.

Checkered Flag Mini? Best of Class Dealership"

Checkered Flag Mini-What a? Best of Class? dealership! I have been buying cars for the past forty-five years and I must say that this was the best experience of them all. Starting with my first telephone contact with Stephanie Walker (Mini Motoring Advisor), she was very professional and wow did she know her Coopers. Within a short period of time we narrowed it down to either a pre-owned Cooper Countryman or Cooper S Countryman. As we arrived for our appointment I noticed that she had parked the two Coopers of interest side by side while greeting us with a great smile at the front door. Once inside the show room her sales magic began. She walked us around the showroom showing us were all the different departments were while continuing to answer any question is that we had while pointing left and right to all of the accessories displays. What a show room, I felt that I had become British for a moment. Those Black Jack mirror covers really rocked! Once outside, she put us beside the pre-owned Cooper Countryman and reviewed all the features inside and out. Vicki Flores (Mini Brand Manager) came out and advised us that they had just heavily discounted their prices on their 2016 models. After looking at them, we decided to stay close to our budget and proceeded on our test ride. Wheeeeeeee Now, for the Cooper S Countryman. It had additional features like fog lights, center front council, sport mode with steering wheel shift paddles and upgraded heated seats. What a ride, we were hooked, yes with line and sinker. Stephanie made our buying experience extremely pleasant giving us the best deal they could for what we wanted. So the paperwork was started and the final stop was with Tegen Titus (Mini Finance Manager.) He provided us with valuable information related to an extended warranty, lowered our interest rate and really made us feel like we were a valued customer. As we walked outside to drive away in our new Cooper they had it detailed with a huge deep blue ribbon sitting on the top. What a great way to end the day, now becoming part of the Checkered Flag Cooper family. Stephanie, we will recommend you at Checkered Flag Mini to everyone that we know! Satisfaction-inducing!

Much thanks to Ashley for making "a pain in the neck repeated repair" situation a pleasant one. My aging 2004 325i has experienced repeated repairs for leaking vapor barriers, a weakness in another wise wonderful car. Having Ashley's positive attitude and diligence in reviewing the car's history towards solving this problem were greatly appreciated. Pleasant loaner vehicle and courteous personnel are is also greatly appreciated.
