Checkered Flag BMW - great service!

Ashley Hunt was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the inspection results and proposed repairs in detail. She even took the time to follow up a few days later to ensure my satisfaction. Thanks to her, my BMW 428i drives like new and I really enjoy driving again.

Great service and loaner car , answered questions

Quick and efficient, knowledgeable about system idiosyncrasies. I received a loaner car offer with out asking and the car was ready and cleaned when I picked it up

Great Service

My sales person Michael Gilmore was the best. He made me feel comtable though out the whole process. I saw the car online first, than they put me with a sales person. The process overall was easy.

Great Service

Switch board person name is Sandra always friendly and professional when you call in and staff seems to be very nice. One sales rep could use some polish in assisting customers. He could be friendly and display the behavior that he has a passion for his job and show concern, and eye contact when speaking and assisting customers in order to have repeated business.

Great and timely service. Facility very comfy.

Service at Checked Flag BMW

Service person, Adam Jensen, was very helpful and I appreciated his professionalism. I had an issue with a sensor after my car was initially picked up and I was able to take the car back the next day with no appointment and the issue was fixed under warranty at no charge.
