Fantastic Service!

Our salesman, Chris Buckels, made our buying experience pleasurable. He really listened to our desires and went above and beyond to ensure that we got a vehicle that met our needs. The entire buying experience was easy and without pressure. This is our 4th time buying a Ford truck at this dealership and we are already discussing a future purchase. Service Supreme!

Getting servicing done on your vehicle at Friendly Ford is so easy. From scheduling online or calling your Service Adviser, you can get in any day any time that works for you. From the time you arrive, your Advisor is right there making sure all your concerns are noted. Any outstanding recalls are also noted and placed on your work order. When your vehicle is ready to go, your Advisor gives you that courtesy call. I just love my Advisor Paul Deems! His customer service is outstanding!

Friendly Ford is the best for servicing your vehicle

Since moving to Las Vegas in 2016, I've always had my service work done at Friendly Ford. Paul Deems is the best service advisor.

It got fixed !!!!!!

Not the fastest, but it got fixed right and covered all under warranty. They even waved the fifty dollars copay. The van drives like a charm.

Friendly Ford is the place to go

Friendly Ford is definitely the place to go for a new or used car. Friendly sales people especially Sal, as well as the best Service Department you could ask for- ask for Jared best person ever. The only place I would buy a Ford vehicle in town.

Repair and warranty work was A-1.

Joe Sparks and all the service personnel were great. Rental car was super. Always get my service work at Friendly Ford and have not been disappointed.

Outstanding service writer Paul Deems.

Outside standing service writer at Friendly Ford by the name of Paul Deems he was so in touch and our needs for our vehicle with rapid Quick Service my wife and I own 4 Fords and will not go to any other dealership except the sister company Team Ford.

Truck service

I wish when I bring my truck in for service they would wash it.. this is the best truck I have ever bought my other truck was a 1999 ford 4+4
