He put me at ease

Sheldon was terrific! He was knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in. Most impressive was his people skills and excellent customer service. He made me feel very comfortable about the whole process. I would definitely recommend you stop by and see him if you are in the market for a new vehicle.

Great Service

If you visit Friendly Ford ask for Sheldon, he was great, he listens, he understood what I wanted and was very courteous through the whole process, it's my first time actually enjoying buying a car! I give Sheldon and the entire Friendly Ford family a big fat 10!

Colin was great!!!!

Colin was very knowledgeable and Friendly!! Although I purchased a new F-150 The used car lot had a huge selection of great vehicles to choose from that had amazing prices!!! Go see Colin he will most definitely help you find your next vehicle.

The best dealership in the country. Bar none.

I can’t express how stress free and pleasurable that the process of buying my F250 superduty was. My Salesperson, Larry David was knowledgeable, friendly and clearly trying to make this a good experience for us. Kip in Finance was just as friendly and competent. If you are reading this and looking to buy a new vehicle, I wouldn’t even think about looking anywhere but Friendly Ford in Las Vegas.

Way Beyond 5 Stars

We just bought a 2018 Ford Escape SEL as our 2nd car. We have bought many cars in the past from Porschees to Mercedes' and everything in between. This has, by far, been the best car buying experience that we have encountered. Grig, the sales Manager, highly exceeded our expectations. He was courteous, very knowledgeable, and very respectful. There was never any high pressure. Kip, from the contract Sept. Was also great. There were others who made us feel comfortable and welcome. Once again, what a great team! Great buying experience with Friendly Ford

Sheldon and Charlene at Friendly Ford were great! They were not pushy and really took the time to answer my questions about the vehicles on their lot. They took their time and helped me make a great decision. They showed me all the great features my car comes with and worked hard to get me a great a price. I left the dealership very satisfied with my purchase experience. They made my car buying experience extremely pleasant.

Excellent!

Joseph was great! My mother in law had no credit two years ago and got into a bad used car loan with extremely high interest. I contacted Joseph, let him know the situation and he was able to to get my mother in law into a new Escape and out of the bad used car loan. My mother in law is extremely happy with her new Escape and my wife and I are grateful for Joseph’s help and professionalism. We will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
