I normally have a great experience at the service center. The shop is kept incredibly clean and the service rep and manager are extremely friendly. I would have given five stars but had some minor issues with attention to detail on my last two visits. Overall, I think that they do a great job.

Jayme at BMW Auto Nation is Great!
My SUV was overdue on a recall issue because my back was fractured, couldn't drive, and other complications. I wanted to get the SUV software updated so there wouldn't be any problems using the vehicle while others drove me for medical help. Jayme was my new service person and right away she solved the problem offering to have them pick up the veh, drop a loaner off (I couldn't use), then return my veh when it was done. That was above and beyond to help me out. Yay, Jayme. Thank you so much, you're the best.
