BMW of Tucson

I am 85 years old and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime but this one at BMW Tucson was the worst one ever and I would have reversed it if I could I hope the vehicle is better than the service at BMW Tucson

They take the time needed to do it right. We appreciate the complimentary multi-point inspection service. All staff are friendly and courteous, offering pleasant amenities during wait time.

My service adviser Jayme gave great advice allowing me to minimize future visits for additional service. She estimated 2 hours for the service and was pretty spot on. The waiting area is comfortable and complete with complimentary refreshments.

We were traveling out west and ran into one of Tucson?s famous potholes. Our SUV immediately alerted us to no air in the tire. We pulled into a parking lot and called the BMW emergency hotline number on our emergency alert button in the car. They immediately answered and stated they would send a flatbed tow truck to tow us to the dealer. They were able to confirm our exact location from the cars GPS. The friendly tow truck drive arrived within an hour, called to check on us and had us to the dealer in no time. It was late in the afternoon so we were not sure if the dealership would be able to repair our tire and any other damage that would require fixing. We arrived at the BMW Tucson location and was greeted by Service Advisor, Jayme Larson. She was wonderful! We explained we were traveling cross country on vacation and was not familiar with the area. She checked us in, set up for our car to be serviced first thing in the morning when they opened. She set us up in a loner car to get to the hotel. We received a call early the next morning with the cost of repairs and found out we just needed a tire and alignment. This was done fast and accurate by their service team and we were ready to go by noon. Jayme Larson, our service advisor was on top of the repairs every minute. She was pleasant, helpful and provided outstanding service. I would definitely recommend BMW services to anyone. The way we were treated was exceptional. This is our first time ownership of a BMW and the experience has been wonderful! Thank you.

Fast!! Helped solve my issue professionally and accurately. Comfortable waiting area with refreshments and snacks. A pleasant wait , excellent service .

Very thorough on the car maintenance and a very clean facility. Very courteous employees . Fast service.

I arrived at my appointed time and was taken care of immediately. Associate explained to me what parts of the car were going to be inspected, listened when I told him about a noise I heard several times, said the car would be washed and that the procedures would take about a half an hour. Sure enough the car was ready about a half an hour later, bright ,clean, no random noise. Everyone was attentive and polite which made my visit comfortable and pleasant.

Knowledgeable salespeople friendly management however a very slow process. Beautiful facility and one thing I like is they don't have any add-ons on top of the MSRP that was a welcome change and one of the main reasons that I bought a BMW. So far extremely pleased with the car
