I had some issues with cleanness and accessories to be included in the car. However, it was handled very well after I went back to the dealership a second time.

Quick, easy, only one hiccup
My wife and I used USAA to find the true car value, we did so and it was at Jenkins, We went up there on a Sunday, got an excellent test drive, got a price, got them to work with us, and then bought a car. Had to go back a few days later to re-sign documents, was told that they would fill the gas tank as the dealership is an hour drive from me. Tank was not filled, never even mentioned, had me wait two hours to get a second coat of paint sealant that I was told would only take about half an hour, good and bad.

Excellent service experience
Luke in service department very informative and helpful. Work was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Had oil change and warranty work was also done some of which I wasn't even aware of.

Made sure my concerns were written down accurately & when work was completed, explanation of what was needed & what was done to complete those concerns explained in a manner that I understood. Service Visit - Sept 19th
Out of the several Hyundai dealerships I've visited (for service functions), I found the Leesburg, FL dealership to have one of the most pleasant atmospheres in the customer lounge / waiting area as well as being clean. Also, the staff was very friendly & professional (service department & even sales).

Service was great and they were fast and efficient. Service adviser, Nick Schettino and service man luke were excellent. I have been getting service for three years now, wonderful place and wonderful people working there. A few more years and I will be coming in for a new Hyundai.
