We seen a vehicle that Jenkins Hyundai of Leesburg had online. We drove to Leesburg from Citrus County Fl. We meet with Justin H. he showed us the vehicle we were interested in and we took it for a test drive. Such a great experience over all. Justin was very helpful and did not push us in any way. We did make the purchase and very happy with it. Everyone involved at the dealership was very pleasant and respectful. Our Salesman Pierce was phenomenal! He was very professional, kind and patient with us from beginning to end! We purchased a 2020 MDX with very low miles. I loved it when I laid my eyes on it! Initially, we only came to look! I feel in love with it instantly! Even after the purchase, Pierce reached out to the previous owner for the second key. He will be mailing it out to me! The Head Finance guy Dave took care of a concern I had with me being added on the title. I was told by someone else that I could not be! All I can say is Dave overnight me what we needed to sign. I mailed it back, and everything was updated! Thank you Dave! Like to thank John for his assistance as well. Other than that we had a AWESOME experience! Go see Pierce if you’re considering purchasing a car! We are happy! I’m enjoying my new truck!

I tried to buy a car, and the communication was lackluster at best. Try somewhere that values you not this one.

These people were very helpful and friendly to me when i came into test drive a Tucson. I did not purchase any car from them because i got a much better deal somewhere else, but if i did not get a much better deal with another dealer, i would have. What stopped me i was told that they were going to get me a great deal on a car, told me to pick out what i wanted, waited for a couple days but they never came through for me. But at least the visit was pleasant despite them falling through on their promise to me. This dealer gets a good rating from me for this visit. I recommend them to people. Just not my place for the very best deal around. I recommend stopping here anyway, maybe you will get a more efficient sales rep that will come through for you, the potential is there. Showroom is very nice, nothing negative to say, they did lose my business, but that is ok.

Do yourself a favor and find a new dealerahip!! Don't buy a new car from here and especially don't use their service department!!! Save yourself the headaches!!!
