Was greeted by service representative & service was performed in a timely manner. Other times I have had service performed @ Berglund have not been as good an experience. I was very happy with the experience this time.

Customer Service was awesome. Employees went out of there way to help me and others with top-quality service, the inspection done at no cost since I purchased the car at Berglund. The.The reason i purchased Toyota Care Plus for my 2013 Corolla From Debra Vest with help from the male service rep. Not sure what he name was.

Excellent salesman and financing
Our salesman, Drew, was excellent. He had such a nice way about him, not pushy. The best we have ever had. The financial person was great also, saved us 1% over our financial institution.

Exceptionally helpful service advisor.
Our service advisor, Bill Miluszusky, was exceptionally helpful. We have owned Toyotas since forever and most service has been done at Toyota dealerships. However, as with most people, you approach that experience with a certain amount of trepidation. What service are they going to sell us now? Since moving to Virginia, we have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Milususky and without question I can say that he is the best. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to be helpful. We continue to come back to Berglund for our service needs primarily because of him.

Great job, needs better phone service!
I like the way the service director Mike handled my ticket & made sure evert bing I asked had gotten done. I had other service managers in the past would get one thing done, but then forget to put another thing that needed to be done on the ticket for the mechanic to fix. Your cashiers are also very friendly and also very professional. If they didn't know the answer to any of my questions then they would find out for me.
