Shane Callender and Roy Rivera took great care of us during the trade in and new truck purchase. They went the extra mile to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the overall integrity of the truck. They put the truck up on a lift so that we could properly inspect the undercarriage and utilized every resource to answer other questions we had. BJ Brooks in the business office was very thorough with the explanations of the extended warranties they offered. Very satisfied with the truck and service we experienced.

Anthony Gray is above all; honest, friendly, but most importantly - SO HELPFUL! I can find the right kind of cars and figure pricing on line and all that. Anthony took what I brought and added to it so that we quickly got the SUV we needed for our family. Model, style, color, accessories, price... everything we laid out was covered. Best of all, was that I enjoyed the experience with him and the rest of the the Haley Toyota dealership. Sales manager, paperwork, and all other details went so easy along with follow ups to ensure they got things correct. At delivery we experience nice shoulder-to-shoulder support in paring devices and using all the electronics/apps. Everything they do has been about making us, the customer, feel right and partnering with us to get what we came for. It is not a place where you have to be 'on the other side' trying to convince someone of what should be taking place; or worse, getting pressure to do something you don't want to. They have a nice facility. Always clean and welcoming staff where there is a culture of moving things smoothly. This is the way car buying experience should be. Anthony is honest, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and works for the customer's needs. He doesn't bait and switch, upsell if you don't need/can't afford it and returns calls. I highly recommend asking for him and I will call him again when I buy another car. I came to Haley Toyota because I had had the opposite experience with two other Toyota dealerships/salesmen in the area.
