My issue with the service department is with my service

My issue with the service department is with my service advisor (Ernie). I used the BMW site to text and leave messages for my service advisor who basically ghosted me and not replied to my texts or voice mails. I had to contact the dealership to get a response. When I picked up my car he did not acknowledge me and a previous service advisor who helped me in the past advised me my car was ready and to proceed to cashier to pay my $7,000 repair. Although it was expensive I have no complaints with the workmanship.

Good afternoon my experience with this dealership is terrible because I called and I made an appointment to buy a car and Mr. Charles Arroyo that same day of my appointment called me to confirm and I drove 2:30 literally for nothing because as soon as I arrived it turned out that they already sold the car and they wanted to sell me another one when I was decided to buy it the man named JR was the one who wanted to attend to me but he knew that I was going to see that car and he didn’t worry about letting me know that they no longer had it and they made me drive and waste my time it’s not a serious dealership I don’t recommend it
