The Dealership I am not too happy with the new phone system. But I am so happy with the service and customer care that Mike brings to the table. I have never trusted an auto mechanic company ... i feel they just want to make the most off of you. I do Trust what Mike tells me, I do Feel that Tenvoorde Ford is pricing very high for the service and repairs. I try not to go to Tenvoorde unless i have to, because of the high prices

Mike Asperheim is the Service. Manager that will get your car in, fixed, and back on the road. I’ve been dealing with Mike for years and pretty much just turn the keys over and take Mikes advice on any direction he suggests to go. He is trustworthy, customer oriented and won’t give you the wrong steer. If he suggests to fix something now , take his years of experience opinion and kn knowledge of each and every car model. One thing you can bet on and that is Mike will treat you well and honestly.

Everyone is so kind and helpful. My AC went out on my car they diagnosed the problem and fixed it within 1 hour.

I don’t even have my truck back, so I’m not sure what me to tell you?!? What I WILL say, is this. I’ve talked to the physical technicians concerning “this particular sound” for the past three years. Every time I’ve addressed my concerns, I was told it was something else. Therefore, the REAL PROBLEM NEVER getting addressed. AI seems to be misdiagnosing good, hard working American’s Automobiles.At our expense. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth. I believe it was the update that sent me over the edge with you guys. I now have to pay you to update my car or my radio doesn’t work?!? Kind of sounds like that whole John Deere thing all over again.

They had my car for 2 months swapped 2 motors when I got it back starter had issues and axel bad at transmission. They took no responsibility for it. Wanted to charge me 2 times the price to fix then my micanic.
