Cesar Diaz in service department helped a lot and a mechanic, who was reprogramming my headlights, did a great job. I really appreciate their help. Especially after the other dealership couldn't do a thing, saying i have a faulty part. Have AutoNation Ford Miami marked as preferred service, highly recommend

Heller Ford review
Pretty rare for me to leave a review, especially 5 stars on a dealership. Worked with Rich on a used SUV. Great experience and pretty quick in and out of the dealership too. Finance of course gives the options for warranties, and depending on your make/model could easily be worth it. They really weren't too pushy for the add ons, which is exactly why I would go back again. Also, the price is the price. No xx bait and switch. They look to be a very high volume dealer from the middle of nowhere Illinois simply because they don't play the games that we all hate. Very happy with my experience there.

Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell RdReviews
Hertz Car Sales Phoenix Bell Rd review
My wife and I bought a car from this dealership a few years ago, and now that it’s time for me to get a new car, I went back. We had such a positive experience the first time, that I knew that’s where I wanted to be. Brian, who helped us last time recognized me right away and even remembered my wife’s and my name! I wasn’t pressured at all and he showed me every car I wanted to look at and allowed me to drive each and every one. Such a different experience buying a car at this Hertz location than other dealerships.

HGreg.com Lux review
I bought a Porsche from the dealership. I had Lemon Squad do a pre-purchase inspection, and Lemon Squad missed a repair item. The general manager at H. Greg Lux dealership stepped up, communicated timely, and took care of the repair with no issues. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership. Very responsive, and they did the right thing. Thank you.

McLaren PhiladelphiaReviews
McLaren Philadelphia review
I’ve bought and sold hundreds of cars, most being exotic, and all over the country. My experience with Kresstoph was among the most straightforward and pleasant. While most people don’t actually enjoy negotiating, Kress was a consummate professional the entire way through and kept it simple and pleasant. Although it took a couple days to get the deal done, he maintained great contact and worked with us to get it done. He’s also a man of his word. When he said he was going to do something, he made it happen. That’s rare in this business and should be commended. Thank you Kresstoph for an excellent long-distance deal. We will definitely be working with you again!
