We love Tenvoorde Ford. We are always treated with kindness and you are always so helpful. We also appreciate the honesty in all work performed. If something doesn't need to be done yet or at all we appreciate you telling us so we are not wasting precious dollars on unneeded repairs.

Mike, I just wanted to say thanks again for everything that you did to pull together this truck for me. I?ve bought most of my vehicles new over the years and hands down this had to be one of the most pleasurable experience when it comes to buying a new vehicle. I appreciated your honesty when the other truck was not going to work and how you continued to follow up with me and the quick turnaround in finding the right truck. Also, a great job in taking me though all of the features on the new truck too. John, I want to also thank you for everything you did to help out as well. I will certainly tell everyone about my experience and continue to refer them to both of you. By the way, the new truck is fantastic and look forward to getting it accessorized. As soon as I drive in, someone comes to my car immediately. Everyone is super friendly and if I am waiting for my car to be serviced, keeps me advised on the progress.

My s-10 was in for oil/filter/lube. As usual everything went fine. I did have my radiator cap replaced and I haven't been able to get it off since. Might be the wrong one,not a problem,just something that needs to be checked.

We purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer. Our salesperson was very helpful in negotiating a price. The staff greeted us at the door showing us to our salesperson. The vehicle was ready and waiting for us. We have been very pleased with the service we received and look forward to future business with this dealership.

My Service Associate was very nice and friendly greeted me right away and got my car in right a way I did not have to wait at all. He also offered me a ride to any where in town I would like to go until my car was ready and they took me and picked me up in a timely manner very happy with my service.

I appreciate that they were able to service my car on short notice. They diagnosed the problem and got me on my way! I truly appreciate the shuttle service as well.
