I was very satisfied with the work done on my Camry this time around. Good job done.

I had a bolt rusted on my license plate. I was given 8:00 appointment. So I got there on time and it took 2 hours to get it done and then they put old license plate back on. My daughter also had problems with long waits and poor communication from service department recently. We have been going to Toyota service for over 20 years and have previously had basically good experiences. We have 4 Toyotas in the family and are considering changing where we get our service done.

Service was on time and done quickly. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Building is clean and welcoming.

Fabulous service! Nate was so kind and went above and beyond! I came for a free break inspection and was completely surprised when I received a video of everything they inspected. It brings me peace knowing my car is in great condition.

Carter was very nice to work with. Knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased, answered all of our questions, and even came in on his day off.
