Very disappointed the last 2 times we were in for

Very disappointed the last 2 times we were in for service. Each time a filter cover was not reattached. The first time at 25k miles the air cleaner cover was not latched into place. At 30k mile oil change, the cabin air filter cover was not hooked into place causing the glove box to not close. We have purchased several vehicles at St Cloud Toyota, but am seriously considering another dealership. It also should not take over an hour for an oil change.

The dealership is nice and clean.

The dealership is nice and clean. Had an appointment, but it took longer than the estimated time by about an hour. They looked really busy that day.

I was greeted by a member of sales as soon as I walked

I was greeted by a member of sales as soon as I walked in. From start he answered all my questions, allowed me time to think things over without pressuring me. The finance department did an excellent job securing me a loan with a good rate. They explained everything and answered my questions. It was by far the smoothest, and best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. I will recommend them to anyone who is looking and would work with them in the future

As this was my first experience at any Toyota dealership,

As this was my first experience at any Toyota dealership, it would not encourage me to continue to use this particular dealership for service work. There is not clear directions outside or inside how to check in at your appointment time. It could be added to your service door or the scheduler could have provided proactive instructions to drive into the bay. It was not obvious to someone unfamiliar with the process. Because I was not checked in fully, (unfriendly woman who checked me in). She said the appointment would take 1 and a half hours just to get my tires rotated. What is the point of making an appointment for a 90 minute wait? Once I was close to the 90 minutes, I checked on my vehicle and learned I was not fully checked in so my car was not touched. The service manager was kind, helpful and apologetic. My car was then completed in about 15 minutes. But that is concerning too as I am not confident in the work that was done so quickly. Were the tires truly rotated? I have no way to know. I am going to try another dealership for my 10,000 mile oil change as it was such an underwhelming experience at St. Cloud. Not sure how they won all the awards posted on their wall.

Pleased to find out my truck does not like this cold

Pleased to find out my truck does not like this cold weather as being the engine light comes on. We need warmer weather so the buggy will not show the engine light and also being it is a 2003 Rav 4 with low mileage, I like my Rav 4.
