Took my 2019 Tacoma in for P0420 code diagnosis. Bad Catalytic Converter . Replaced with a new one that same day in fact truck was ready before 3pm.

Poor customer service and lack of
Poor customer service and lack of urgency/professionalism. For example, making unnecessary, rude comments when refusing certain services that my vehicle was due for. The reason for me not wanting those services is because I have an existing appointment coming up for those exact services. Another example is, the technician saw me waiting outside and told me to head inside due to my vehicle being ready. He left the paperwork on his desk, the person who was helping us with our appointment overlooked the paperwork, I mentioned to him that it had been placed on his desk and he refused to pick them up or even take a look at them, making us wait even longer for my vehicle that was already there waiting. This is where the lack of customer service and communication comes in.

I have always enjoyed the service from Toyota Chula
I have always enjoyed the service from Toyota Chula Vista. Their prices are much better than the Toyota dealership were I bought my Tacoma. The service crew has always been courteous, friendly, and professional.
