If I could score them a 0 I would.

If I could score them a 0 I would. I made an appt for a chip install that was not available when I purchased the truck. When I called to schedule said appt I asked how long it would take and said it was for the chip install . I also asked for a needed oil change. I drop off vehicle early as I had a dr appt at scheduled time. In about an hour I get a call the oil change was done but the chip install was not as they couldn’t “find” the part. When I went to pick up my truck I told them not to order the part as I was tired of the run around. Now mind you, this is the 2nd chip install. the first chip install, I had the appt scheduled then when I get there after several hours of waiting I am told they can’t do the chip install as they didn’t have my VIN to order correct chip. I said I purchased truck from you how do you not have the VIN?? Or any of the 3 phone calls I made prior to appt wasn’t I asked for said information? So I was required to make an additional trip to get chip install. I live an hour away! It is nothing more than incompetence to “lose” a part which I really think means they didn’t even order it.if they hadn’t already done the oil change I wouldn’t have allowed it to be done by them. I will tell everyone I can to not use this service department and even thought my buying experience was OK I wish I had purchased elsewhere.

Thank you for your review. We offer our most sincere apologies for the poor communication and service you have received from our Service Department prior to and during your appointment day. The upgrade you currently need is a Steering Wheel replacement. There have been back-order issues with the Steering Wheels and somehow, yours got mixed up. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as this will be the conversation of our next and immediate training meeting. Again, we are sorry for the inconvenience and if there is anything we could to do correct this situation, e.g. picking up your vehicle, completing the repair and deliver the vehicle back to you or something else, please let us know and contact Kevin Wall (765-587-5035) or Chris Matchett (765-587-5039).

Funny the other dealership i contacted didn’t have any trouble getting the part. “Somehow” mine got mixed up?? “Somehow” also known as incompetence. I doubt it was even ordered.
