I have had wonderful experiences for every interaction with Marty’s. From my initial inquiry to the sales process to my first service call. I got a flat tire just a few weeks after picking up my vehicle ( hit a major pothole!) and they took care of me quickly and professionally. I was embarrassed that I needed a new tire so soon after getting my Envision ( and now wish I had taken the optional tire package!), but they were not the least bit snarky about it - although they had every right to be!

Not impressed we made an appointment for a reason.
Not impressed we made an appointment for a reason. Appointment was at 11 o’clock and we were told that it was going to take a few hours extra because everyone was on lunch we never got a situation looked at because there was no time meanwhile that was the reason for our visit and addition to the oil change that we got.

It took me a month to get my truck because it failed my
It took me a month to get my truck because it failed my state inspection and they refused to fix the issues. Made me wait a month to get an appointment to get it handled. Absolutely horrible disrespectful customer service and my salesman Ihsanea once he got my sale he was useless and disrespectful to not only myself but my parents as well when they tried to call for me. I will NEVER recommend these people to ANYONE. Worst experience I’ve ever had. They were reported to the AG office as well.

Anthony we are sorry that we encountered an issue while you tried to have your vehicle inspected. Thankfully it turned out that there was no problem with the vehicle but rather with the inspector who mistakenly failed the vehicle. The delay was due to the appointment time with your states inspection board so they could review the issue and make a determination. It was determined that there was no issue and the vehicle should never have failed. We regret that you had to wait but are thankful that there was never an issue. We have been serving our customers to the best of our ability for over 57 years. We don't cut corners when selling a vehicle as we want every customer to have a great ownership experience. We hope that you enjoy you truck for many years.
