Was very impressed with Troy and the staff.. Troy Isa very nice young man and makes the process so easy. Zachery was also very helpful. Only problem was getting the registration and plate from South Carolina. Do not understand why, in today’s world, it takes 2 1/2 weeks. Should be 2 to 3 days. Need to address your that as a dealer…….it is ridiculous

Easy process to trade in and purchase a new GMC truck. The deal was pretty much set before I even went to the dealership. I showed up. Drive the truck and completed the purchase. Good not be happier with my purchase.

Dealer is clean and friendly. They worked with the lease company to get me out of my lease. Currently having an issue with the vehicle I purchased. Going to see if they make it right

It truely was a pleasure working with Troy Coan, he is an impressive young man. I had to do most of my searching online, because of the nation wide shortage of inventory and most of my communication with Troy was via email since I lived an hour from the dealership. Troy was very responsive to all of my questions, even on his day off. I showed up when the dealership doors opened on Saturday expecting to have to kill some time, and Troy was there at his desk with my car ready for the test ride. Before arriving, I was offered a very fair below MSRP price on a lease, despite the current demand for cars, and it was honored without any games or gimmicks. Good old fashion honesty and respect ! Troy made a point to tell me that their dealership takes pride in this type of business and have grown to be the largest Buick-GMC dealership by sticking to it. I wish they were located closer to me, but I will travel the distance for that type of service, and I'm very glad to know it still exists.

My salesman, Troy, was very knowledgable and easy to work with. He didn't try to push me into anything I wasn't comfortable with, and wanted to make sure that I got exactly what I was looking for. He laid out all of my options in terms of vehicles, lease vs purchase and financing. I had a great experience from the initial conversation through the purchase and pick up. I would definitely recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone.

I have bought 6 vehicles from this dealership over the years and it’s always been top notch. This was the first time I needed To bring in my truck for a major repair. I can’t say enough about how Mike P. The service advisor went out of his way to get things moving and my truck repaired. In this days and age of the new norms he helped over come a lot of hurdles with GM warranty and so forth.
