We have been doing business with Quality Toyota since the 1990s and keep going back because of the friendly, honest service we always receive. We recently purchased a new hybrid vehicle and were very satisfied with the transaction. We have already used one warranty we purchased and were very happy with the service department for getting us in very quickly to accomplish this.

We recently bought a “new used” Prius for my son, Caleb, and Mark made the entire process smooth, simple, and enjoyable from start to finish. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and patient—no pushy sales tactics, just honest help and clear communication. Worst experience, couldn't get a salesman involved with us bought a Nissan instead after driving 90 miles round trip twice filled out credit app online 815 credit score could not believe the lack of interaction drove to Fargo Gateway Nissan in and out!

Another great service appt with Andrew! Nothing complicated today but they always get it done in the time promised and do it with a smile. Very thorough explanation on today's service and good advice on what should happen with the next service visit. I feel totally confident that they are competent in everything they do.

We called the night before to ask if the car we were interested in was still there. It was so we made the 3.5 hr. trip the next morning & were able to purchase the vehicle. Our salesman was great, & very knowledgeable about our vehicle. We had been looking for a while, and this was the best deal we had found within a reasonable driving distance.
