Maintenance
I am an older woman very concerned about safety measures being taken during the pandemic. I had called the service department at Jackson prior to my visit to make an appointment for my service. I was told they do not make appointments for maintenance work. I then asked if there was an area outside that I could sit and wait while the work was done on my car. I was assured that there was. Upon arriving at Jackson, I learned that the only seating that was available was the waiting area inside the showroom. Of course it was crowded and I refuse to sit in an area with so many people during this Covid crisis. I ended up sitting on a curb in the parking lot for an hour and a half while my car was serviced. After paying I asked if the car had been sanitized and was told that the steering wheel had been wrapped and that there were coverings on the floor. However neither were present when my car was driven up for pickup and the man driving it was NOT wearing a mask and did not have gloves on. Upon my request the service greeter took a rag with disinfectant on it an it and wiped down the doors and steering wheel. Given the current situation this should be STANDARD procedure for every customer.

I'd like to apologize for your recent experience to our dealership. As of now, our employees that come in contact with customers are following all CDC guidelines --included but not limited to wearing masks, sanitizing high traffic customers areas, and keeping our social distance.
Prompt and courteous service.
I felt safe with all employees wearing masks. Service was completed quickly and communication was clearly given over the phone when my vehicle was ready. Check out was quick and easy.

Great and quick service. Wait time 45 minutes. WiFi available for work. Staff was cleaning and disinfecting available amenities such as coffee. Received car back with tires rotated, oil changed and air filters changed. Steering wheel was covered in plastic wrap.
