I went in to Napleton with the intention of buying a small SUV. Micheal was my salesman and I can't say enough about how awesome he was. He never pressured me to buy a car and made the figures work for me.He is a top rate salesman and I had a great experience at Napleton Kia. The entire staff was great and the finance manager Alex was great too. Both gentlemen were very professional and deserve kudos! Great experience all around.

I had the best experience anyone could have while buying a car. All because of my salesman Michael Culley. He was so informed and so very professional that I had to buy a car, and one from Michael! He made the entire ordeal just so pleasant and truly enjoyable. His knowledge on the product sold me, I had to leave in my certified Kia Sorento, Mike made the day utterly enjoyable and worthwhile. I absolutely LOVE my vehicle.All because of Mike!

I am new to Napleton and found the dealership to be very friendly and efficient. Mike Culley is an outstanding rep. SPOKE WITH ROB RACINE 6 MONTHS AGO ABOUT GETTING CAR IN NEAR FUTURE AND I MADE THE CALL AND TRUE TO HIS WORD PUT ME IN RIGHT DIRECTION, DEALT WITH EDDIE MOMENI TOLD HIM ABOUT PAST HOME ISSUES ETC.. WON THAT ONE ROOF STILL OVER MY FAMILIES HEAD ! EDDIE SAT ME DOWN SAID I WILL WORK SOMETHING OUT AS CREDIT WAS LESS THAN GREAT,THEN LUIS SANCHEZ WENT THROUGH INVENTORY THAT I REQUESTED AND RIGHT AWAY FOUND VEHICLE THAT WOULD FIT MY FAMILIES NEEDS, TOOK IT FOR A RIDE AND NOW ITS OURS !! ALEX ARGUSTA MADE THIS POSSIBLE TOO, BOTTOM LINE THEY MADE MY FAMILY FEEL PART OF NAPLETON KIA, THE TEAM WORK THEY DISPLAYED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN DEMONSTRATES HOW THEY ARE HERE AND WILL MAKE ME COME BACK HERE AGAIN IN THE FUTURE AND WOULD REFER THEM !! TREATED LIKE A NOBODY
I made an appt with Jordan for 7pm for i live in Port st Lucie which is about 1 hr away with good traffic . When i arrived i was poorly greeted by a guy named shane . Instead of asking who i was he went into a sales pitch like i was buying something .e I told him i made an appt to test drive a used car which was suppose to be waiting . He couldnt find the car , then asked 2 more people about it . We walked to the vehicle but i couldnt test drive it because they LOST THE KEY . Nobody knew anything about it and asked me to come back tomorrow ..... I was over it and told them i spent 2 hours for nothing ! They could have cared less ...........Thats OK , MY MONEY SPENDS ELSEWHERE ............ ANOTHER DEALER WORKS FOR ME . NO MONEY IN THERE POCKETS ...........SAD DEALERSHIP ....NEEDS HELP !

they help me with my SUV because i don't know a thing about SUV. I had a little problem with my SUV and they stop what they was doing and help me . And they was so friendly caring and very very helpful .

This is a great location. They, and especially my salesperson, Mustafa, went above and beyond not just to sell me a car, but also to make sure I left the lot with a car I actually wanted and at a price I could afford. Mustafa was also very personable and really fun to work with.
