My beloved Pontiac Vibe died on a Monday. I looked at replacing the engine but getting back and forth to my job every day is also very important! Decided to check just in case online and Gladstone had the exact same vehicle, one year newer with much lower mileage at a price I could afford! Within a week - I drove to KCMO with a cashiers check in hand and drove it home. Thank you for working with me through messages and phone calls to be sure we could complete my purchase in one visit!

I inquired about a truck and received 2 emails saying someone would contact me and nobody ever did so I drove over there and the truck that they had listed didn't even exist.

Gladstone was wonderful. I was running late. Got there 30 minutes before closing. They still processed the sale with all the paperwork and signatures. The car is in excellent condition. They have a mechanic on site so do their own CARFAX inspections. They went over that with me and assured me it was in excellent condition. They even showed me the ownership and service history. Great dealer.

I found a 2005 Toyota Camry in great shape and low miles through a websearch. I was put in hard place due to my previous car turning into a paperweight, but Ruth and her team saved the day and they all went above and beyond to make the whole experience seem less and even enjoyable.
