I've always enjoyed having my car serviced at Flood Mazda. I wasn't happy with replacing 4 tires on a car with 31,000 miles especially since our 2016 CX-9 had more than 75,000 miles before I needed to replace the tires. This is our third Mazda CX-9 and it will most likely be our last Mazda.

I went to a dealer in Cranston first. My experience was not good. I then went to Flood, I liked everything about it. I'm unsure if the inside was cleaned (mainly the windows) prior to me picking it up that is small, to be honest a family member noticed that before I did.
