    My 2016 mazda3 broke down a couple of days ago . I called Flood mazda and spoke with Dana he was so polite and accomodating . He had a loaner car towed to me and picked up my vehicle and took it in to repair my battery. When my car was finished they brought it to me and picked up the loaner. Thank you so very much for making things so much less stressful at this time of year. Very much appreciated ..

    Upon entering the dealership lot, we were approached by a friendly salesman named Phillip. There was no pressure. We picked out the vehicle that we thought would work for us. Upon entering the showroom, we were greeted with happy, friendly smiling faces. Coffee, hot chocolate and a variety of fruit was also offered. The negotiations for pricing was easy, we did the traditional haggling and settlement on a price for trade. The financial person, Cody, was exceptional; he even offered to find us a better rate through another lender which we haddecided to work with. The entire experience from beginning to takeover of the vehicle was phenomenal. .... We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience buying a car.

    We had a very unpleasant experience with Russell Cunha, General Manager for Flood Mazda. As a consequence of Mr. Cunha's extremely rude and disrespectful treatment towards us, we left this dealership and purchased a vehicle from Tasca Mazda, where we received the utmost respectful and professional treatment.
