We had a mostly great experience with Griffin Ford. We travelled from out of state to finish up the deal on a 2023 Ford F150. The ONLY drawback was that the vehicle we purchased had been heavily smoked in. This was NOT disclosed to us. Had it been, we would not have made the trip to buy this vehicle. The saving grace was Griffin Ford immediately offered to pay to have the vehicle professionally cleaned/smoke removal.

Service department is great and service managers really know the Fords. The are up to date on recalls and required service on all Ford vehicles. They at fast and friendly.

I always go to Griffin Ford for my oil change on my F-150 and always get a great job, great service, on time. I decided to start taking our Honda CR-V to Griffin. As usual Griffin (Brett) did a great job as well.
