If I could leave 0 stars ⭐️ I would ! I ordered a vehicle online ($45k sale) and I had to request a copy of my contract, I had to call/text salesman to receive statuses on my vehicle . Almost a month later, I get told that the vehicle needs a new engine! Requested to speak to a GM so I could void my sale and GM told me “at least it has a new engine!”. Horrible experience. Still waiting for cancellation of my sale. Sucks for me because I really liked the vehicle and couldn’t find anything local . I won’t be trusting online sales anymore.

Excellent experience and wonderful time spent with Bob! Bob isn't a salesman but a gentleman and top consultant. I would recommend working with Bob on any project and did I mention he help us choose a great Alfa!

This dealership is well organized, its staff are friendly

This dealership is well organized, its staff are friendly and helpful, and Bob Tauber is a treasure. He is what all auto salesmen should be. He listened well to my interests in two models: the Stelvio and the Tonale. I had come in expecting to buy the Stelvio Veloce. I really wanted the Tonale, but had decided against it because of the information I had received at a different dealership. After learning I had been misinformed, I wanted to know more about the Tonale. Bob answered every question I asked and told me more about the two models. His patience, knowledge, and enthusiasm made the difference. I agreed to take a test drive where all my hesitations about the Tonale evaporated; I was hooked. As I said before, Bob Tauber is what all auto salesmen should be: pleasant, a good listener, knowledgeable, transparent, and NO pressure. I have bought a dozen cars throughout my life, and I have encountered many types of dealerships. The most common is the one who thinks the more pressure the better their bottom line. The second most common divide their customers by sex and age. They have a different spiel for men and for women as well as for the elderly and the youthful. Even if the customer is viewing the same vehicle, the information and the treatment will be formed because of the dealership's view of their customers. Unfortunately, what they hear and what they pay is not the same. I am old and female, but that did not affect the purchase at this dealership. The third type is almost predatory. They view their potential buyers as fair game, and their approach is to spew so much verbiage their customer will eventually give in--often to misinformation about the car or about the budget needed. This is not a predatory dealership. I marvel how easy it was to buy the Tonale at this dealership in comparisons to my previous car purchases. I have often had second thoughts about whether I should have purchased what I wanted. I left this dealership in my new Tonale and I have had no regrets. The dealership is, indeed, fortunate to have such a passionate employee as Bob Tauber.

Very upfront about everything and worked everything out

Very upfront about everything and worked everything out until the deal was done. They knew the numbers I wanted and helped me get there with my finance company that had already approved me. They kept me updated up until the date the car shipped to me and even made sure the car, I purchased, was perfect before shipping it out.

Thomas was phenomenal and provided us with 5 star

Thomas was phenomenal and provided us with 5 star customer service! I called that morning looking for a BMW. I set up a time to go see it. They closed at 6:30pm and I couldn’t get there until 5:30pm. When I got there the truck was already at the front waiting on me. I was able to test drive it. Fell in love and decided to purchase the truck. He went above and beyond to help us out and close the deal that evening. We probably left around 8pm. They kept the truck to do a full inspection and he met me half way in Irving at their other location to bring me my new truck. If you need a anmaz sells person, ask for Thomas! He is the best!!
