I would like to share my perception of the attention i received from this dealer, which was honestly very good on the part of the entire team in relation to all the questions and requirements formulated by me, correct customer service

First: when i contacted they gave me all the information i requested Second: i was impressed with the friendliness of all the staff Third: Several purchase options, having had my eye on various models from this same car in other places, here there a variety enough to make a good and right election

I had a nice encounter with this dealer, i was uncertain of which car to induce, they've so many makes, and the staff part was exceptionally accommodating and neighborly, they took time to clarify my choices, and purchase options and make beyond any doubt i will comfortable with my choice in the right moment

I was completely amazed not only by the wide variety of cars available that don't really look used, but also by the speed and kindness of their response, including all the information i needed to chose the right car

Had a great stress free experience, great service and super friendly! they were great and actually listened to my questions and gave truthful answers

This dealer has a dedicated and exceptional team, always ready to provide personalized assistance to every customer, their staff's attentiveness ensures that each visitor's needs are met with the utmost care, whether in person or through email inquiries, their commitment to customer service sets them apart, as they consistently go above and beyond to make sure all questions are promptly and thoroughly addressed

The trust that a company can make a customer feel depends on the transparency and clear terms regarding the information provided to the customer, and here I have to give them my full recommendation

I'd give it a negative rating if possible. I continue to be ignored and hung up on 6 weeks after the purchase and trade in at Atlanta Luxury Motors in Gwinnett. This is by far the WORST experience I've ever had with a dealer. I purchased a vehicle from ALM in Gwinnett on June 15 and traded in my old vehicle. The next month I started receiving late payment notices for my old vehicle! ALM never paid off my trade in. Not sure if they are waiting to make a few hundred more dollars or what. I was hung up on repeatedly- and finally given the corporate number. That person later confirmed that they had NOT made a payment and were "resubmitting it." The next week I continue to receive late payment notices. Now I'm making two vehicle payments. They were totally dishonest with me. Don't walk - RUN away from this dishonest business!

The service is excellent, i liked the chill, no pressure vibe, buy a preowned vehicle ins't easy, and without no pressure or hidden nonsense dealer fees is easier the choose processing
