I recently purchased a vehicle on Saturday and shortly after leaving the dealership, I noticed the low tire pressure sensor light came on. Since it was late in the evening, I decided to contact my sales representative the following morning. The vehicle's tires were filled with nitrogen, which I am not very familiar with. We discussed my concern on Monday morning, and I was advised to find a discount tire shop to address the issue. While I understand that the car is used and sold as-is, I had hoped for a more satisfactory response given the recent purchase of the vehicle.

MY 15,000 DOLLAR MISTAKE!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I purchased a 2010 Jeep wrangle for my daughter 6 months ago. The transmission showed no issues of failure and the salesman stated they did a verification there were no mechanical issues. Jeep drove fine for about 5 months before transmission started to show some issues of failure. Took it to my mechanic and told me the transmission had fail. I contacted ALM service dept. and stated the issue was mine and there was nothing they could do. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
