BMW of Brooklyn always earns a 5 STAR score. Their service is simply the best. Their staff are always knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I love giving BMW of Brooklyn my family’s business and recommending all my friends to this BMW dealership. Last week, I personally picked up my 5th BMW from this dealership. A 2021 X7 M50i. I purchased a BMW X5 almost 2 months ago. I finally received my floor mats after weeks of emails and calls. I had not ONE call from my sales person after I purchased the car and NO return calls from him after leaving various messages. After almost 2 months I still do not have license plates and am waiting for a return call.....I am terribly disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone, nor will I go back when/if I decide to buy another.

Never Again
I recently purchased a BMW X5. Super excited to buy my first luxury car at 56 years old. I finally received the floor mats they promised after almost 2 months of emails and phone calls. Also, I still do not have the license plates.... waiting for a return call (don’t hold your breath)! I have been in sales for years and would never treat clients with such disregard. The lack of follow up is terribly dissapointing and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will certainly not go back if I decide to buy another BMW.

I had an emergency, my car was overheating, so I took it...
I had an emergency, my car was overheating, so I took it to the closest BMW dealership. It took the dealership 5 days to diagnosed the problem. I had to actually go to the dealership and requested they release my vehicle so I can take it to another dealership and then all of a sudden the diagnostic was done. After getting the car back and taking it to my usual dealership for service. My adviser informed me the air filter housing was damaged. It hard to get a hold of the service manager Nick Giordano. I had to go to the dealership and he agreed to replace the parts. It has been over 1 year and I haven't received a call that the parts are ready for pick up. Please stay away from this place.

I’m very disappointed with BMW of Brooklyn Sales...
I’m very disappointed with BMW of Brooklyn Sales department. The service was good at the time when I signed the contract, however, no one ever told me that my maintenance warranty would expire before my lease’s up. I’ve just moved to NJ recently, so it makes sense for me to do my car’s maintenance service in NJ. I set up an appointment, went there and then found out my maintenance warranty was expired last month, and my lease will be up next year May. I was advised to call BMW of Brooklyn dealership where I lease my car from. I called numerous times and finally got to talk to the Sales Manager. I explained my situation and the Sales Manager asked me to bring my car to Brooklyn for service and he would send an email to the service department and take care of it. I took his word and made an appointment with the Brooklyn service department. I drove all the way from NJ to Brooklyn for service, however, what a shame that the Sales manager didn’t send an email as he promised and even worse, he denied having had a phone conversation with me. It’s not about the maintenance warranty expired upsets me, but being played by a human being.

Don't waste your time! I called for quote for a service and after transferring me 3 times through different lines, the last person did not even say a word and just hung up the phone. Imagine if you have to deal with them for a real problem after they mess up your car!!! Stay away!!

I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars if I could,...
I wish I could give this dealership 0 stars if I could, look at their Yelp reviews if you want to know the truth. I came here because a button popped off my key fob, which is only 2 years old. I drop the car off and am told by Danny that it will take about an hour to get looked at. For 3 hours I am calling and getting the runaround, no one can get ahold of Danny or tell me what's going on with my car. I decide to go in myself. As soon as I go in my car magically gets seen right away. I wait 20 minutes and get a text stating I need to pay almost $600 for my key to be fixed. I go to find Danny and come to find out the SERVICE MANAGER denied me getting a warranty saying there is no way that it would just pop out and since there were scratch marks on it my warranty was voided. I was given a number to BMW to make a complaint and my car was parked outside. I have made numerous calls to the dealership to make a complaint and I was consistently denied. I even tried reaching out to the general manager of the dealership who I had to call because no one at the service department will call me back, and am still waiting to hear back. This place makes you wait 6-7 hours for a simple oil change and the last time I went they even forgot to wash my car. I will be updating this review when I finally hear back from somebody at this dealership.

Throughout my entire car search I couldn't find the right...
Throughout my entire car search I couldn't find the right person or deal for me. I felt like my entire car search I was dealing with strangers. When the manager of BMW of Brooklyn, Nick Hernandez, contacted me because I had written a bad review on a private leasing broker, he began to try and make things right. When I contacted him he began to get me the best deal I've received while also getting to know me on a personal level. He began to build rapport with me and I instantly felt like I was being treated like family of BMW of Brooklyn. This was my best car search to date because of the outstanding customer service I received from Nick Hernandez and Eugene Kotlyarskiy. When I finally went to meet them in person and pick my car up after receiving my great deal, it went the same way as the phone conversation. I felt like I was at home, so if you want to shop while feeling like family, I'd recommend shopping for your next car at BMW of Brooklyn. I cannot say enough about how much of stand up gentleman Nick Hernandez and Eugene Kotlyarskiy were. Even Tiffany Pompa delivered outstanding customer service in the financial department when I was signing my papers to complete the deal. Very well done from this staff.
