Went in today with a specific preowned truck in mind that I had found online and verified was there. As soon as I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I had to wait. A gentleman came by, asked if I was waiting for him, I gave him another name, so he just walked by. The receptionist finally came back from lunch and was able to page the salesman I had an appointment with. The ol' bait and switch tactics started almost immediately. He walked me out to show me the truck. It was the wrong truck. Again, I had already been in contact with the dealership about the specific vehicle I wanted. The salesman went back to get the right keys and showed me the right truck. He tried his best to explain the features, but had to rely on the window sticker and mostly "acted" like he knew what he was talking about. Again, I had scheduled an appointment with a specific salesman for a specific truck. I had already done plenty of my own research, so I knew exactly what I was getting. When we made it to the office to talk numbers, I reminded them (as I had when I called) that I was already pre-approved for my own financing. The ol' bait and switch continues. I was was first asked about a down payment. I didn't need to do that because, again, I had my own funding. The first price presented on paper looked too good to be true. It included a down payment. I didn't need it. And reminded them I didn't need their financing. So, I politely added the seven thousand dollar down payment they factored in for me and asked the salesman to go back and get it drawn up accordingly. He came back. Oops! There had been a "mistake". He thought we were doing business on the "other" truck that I had never asked anything about. So, once we got to the right truck on paper, it STILL included numbers that factored in a $7,000 down payment. All they were trying to do was shove paper in my face and talk too fast for me to realize what I was signing. Again, I had my own funding, so they couldn't pad the interest rate, they weren't going to sell me an extended warranty or GAP insurance or any other product they use to maximize their profits. As a side note, the CARFAX report indicated the motor had been replaced just after 8,500 miles. YES! THE MOTOR! Guess what... they couldn't answer my questions about this either. The dealership that replaced the motor could not answer questions or show me paperwork on the motor being replaced by their dealership. I was told "motors get replaced all the time". Really? Needless to say, they couldn't maximize their profits, they couldn't answer any of my questions, and they couldn't trick me into signing off on the wrong vehicle, so they were happy to see me leave. BTW: the truck in question is a 2025 Sierra 1500 Elevation with the 3.0 diesel engine with just about 9,000 miles. Do your research. Carfax reports a replaced engine and other parts. The dealership never denied it, but definitely couldn't explain it. Deceptive practices from the minute I stepped on the lot. Buyer beware.

I had communicated with the Hall person Friday to verify
I had communicated with the Hall person Friday to verify that they would be open on Saturday. Previous texts showed verification THAT EVENING that they would be open on Saturday. I, at 67 years old drove through the sleeting rain because they have assured me that someone would be there. I didn't want them to be there and I didn't show up. When I got there James told me they were closed which was traumatic to me..I was a nervous wreck after driving there. James and his team were compassionate. The young men that were there took care of me. James and crew honored their commitment and with a limited crew changed my oil and rotated my tires and were able to get and install the headlight I needed... I'm so thankful for them. Their dedication helped me remember why I've been a Hall's customer for years...I can't thank them enough!!

Took my truck in due to it not wanting to start.
Took my truck in due to it not wanting to start. There have been several glitchy things off and on. Austin was very kind. They charged up the battery and inspected my issues. Some of them disappeared with the battery charge, while others still remain. I am due for an oil change soon and hope to get the security update addressed as well as the remaining annoying little things.
