Lexus of Melbourne

This is my 3rd SUV RX350 that I purchased from Tom Hakimi from Lexus Melbourne. The only reason I will stop working with Tom is if I decide to leave the Lexus family. However, considering the incredible service I am getting from him, I get the feeling that I will stay in the family for a long time. I have never met someone as professional and nice as Tom. He has always gone above and beyond my expectations, always making everything possible to give me what I wanted, I am so happy to have received my new 2020 delivered in person and at my house in Miami by Tom who drove all the way from Melbourne. The car is awesome and all my questions have been answered thoroughly. Tom is the best and I would recommend to anyone looking for white gloves service to reach out to him!

Just got my RX 350 today so let's hope I love it and the rest of the dealership. So far so good!!
