We have a Lexus SC430 convertible and now the newest member to our Lexus family, our GX460 SUV. Purchased my 4th or 5th car from this dealership. Previous ones were all excellent, with only one small maintenance problem. Great cars and great dealership. Just purchased a new RX 350 (Luxury Trim Package). The car is beautiful. The dealership, through an excellent sales lady, worked very closely with me to get the car I wanted, at the price point that I wanted. The process was painless, as the sales lady (Mandy Patterson), was nothing short of excellent. She knows the product better than any sales representative I have previously had and took a great amount of time to work me through all of the options and how they work and function. She worked carefully with me to set the car up just the way I wanted. Without question Mandy made the buying experience painless - for both my wife and myself. I would buy from her again and strongly recommend her to whoever is lucky enough to get her.

I am very pleased with my overall experience as a first time Lexus customer. Michael was very knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. I love the car! I did a great deal of research about many SUVs ahead of time and thought I knew I wanted the NX300. Once I drive and now that I have I know that I made the right decision! Loving the feel, comfort, and ride of the vehicle!

Waiting time is ok,,not as long as I expected . Kindly let me know when recall gas pump is here , will call me to fix it .
