Service Center
I have used Lexus Melbourne Service Center since I purchased my ES 350 in 2012. Never a problem with any work done. Mike has been professional, courteous, and accommodating. It is a pleasure to work with him. I have not gone wrong with any of his advice.

Top Notch Service
A simple oil change in my 2008 revealed additional repairs were needed. The thorough inspection saved me a breakdown later. Service Provider Elisa Falcon advised immediately and repair options were put into place immediately. Elisa was terrific - well versed in the needed repairs and the time it would take. I would highly recommend Elisa. She is stays on top and keeps you advised.

Great Lexus experience
My first experience with Lexus was this past Saturday. I’ve never owned a Lexus before; however, I was looking for a sedan the last few months and the experience was the best I’ve ever had In purchasing an automobile. I now have a ES 350 and no doubt I’m very pleased with it. If this experience with the car goes well, I will continue to buy from this dealership. Well done Tom!

Great experience, no pressure sales
