We had the awesome opportunity to work with John Cuestas when we were shopping for a new vehicle. John was a true professional and Lexus specialist. We were not sure which model we wanted as we are first time Lexus buyers. John spent alot of time, several hours as we drove different models. He understood our needs wants and likes. We travel from Jupiter to have our car serviced because of the excellent service provided by John. He is always ready for us when we arrive. He has our loaner ready, explains the details of the service and keeps us informed on the status.

I went in on Saturday to look at a used car, in my budget, that I saw on the Internet. From the moment I walked through the front door, I was treated the entire time like I was buying a top of the line brand new car. The service, dales experience, low pressure environment, and the kindness of all of the employees we worked with, was exceptional. Service and car wash was done and over before we finished a leisurely walk around the pond across the street. Mike answered all of our questions and was very helpful. I drive from Orlando to Melbourne just to receive the professionalism, customer service, and hospitality of this dealership it is well worth it. The best part was we got to see our salesman Keith Croft Lexus we were there. The facility is top notch and they always greet us with smiles.

Three years ago I bought 2 Lexus vehicles from Lexus of Melbourne and have been very happy with the automobiles and the service from the dealership. Very friendly and competent service department, both the representative, the technicians and the service manager. The online scheduling works well, and I can usually schedule to receive a loaner vehicle which is really important to me.

I received a recall on my older Lexus dashboard. While in for an oil change, Jamie ordered the new dashboard for us. Once it was in, she followed up with a reminder. When we came in for service Jamie was with another customer so Mike Retz came over and said hello and got the mileage info for Jamie. The car was ready when promised and Jamie even walked us out to the car. Great group in the service department.

I've had 3 cars from Lexus of Melbourne and Mike Retz has been my service manager the entire time. He is great to work with and I am currently looking into buying my 4th from this dealership. Best experience ever!

Have always had great service with this dealership! From sales to the service department , it’s top notch! When getting service, you will either get a loaner, or have a very pleasant and comfortable place to wait for your vehicle. Then your vehicle will be returned to you washed and squeaky clean!
